This is for those who are in the Chicago-land area and want to train with Coach Arianna in-person. These sessions range from 1:1 to small group training and are meticulously designed to meet the needs of each individual.

The program is built not only around how many days a week you would like to train, time constraints you have, and gym equipment available to you, but also to prepare you for any upcoming events/seasons/competitions you may have (ie: marathon, Hyrox, soccer season, wedding, etc.)

You can easily log and track your nutrition through a user-friendly app while Coach Arianna makes general recommendations on nutritional choices, recipes, and timing to optimize overall performance in accordance with your training plan.
